We begin with a free 20-minute call to get to know each other, chat about your business needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
Start with a minimum of 2 hours per day and choose the pace that suits your studio:
Monthly: Book between 1–12 days per month
Weekly: Book between 1–3 days per week
Support is available online, in-studio (Sydney-based), or hybrid. On-site support is charged at a higher rate.
Work is booked in daily minimums of 2 hours, paid in advance. Schedule the days and hours which suit your studio's rhythm.

REMOTE SUPPORT: Minimum booking of 2 hours
Once you’re booked in, I’ll guide you through a lightweight onboarding process, just enough to make sure I have what I need to integrate efficiently and securely.
At the end of every session, I’ll send a quick update with what was completed, what’s outstanding, and what I’ll need from you before the next session.
We can check in informally as needed, or set a recurring catch-up, whatever works best for your style.

Emails and task details sent outside of your booked time are always welcome. I’ll review and respond to them during your upcoming support blocks. This approach helps me deliver the best quality service without distractions, while still being available for urgent calls when needed.
