Hi, I'm Brooklin Kennedy-Lo, founder of Studio Assist. With over 15 years’ experience in admin, ops, and studio support, including supporting award-winning architecture studios in Sydney, Seattle, and New York, I understand the fast-paced, detail-heavy world of the built environment, and how much happens behind the scenes to keep it all moving.
I’ve worked with global firms like Henning Larsen (NY), innovative design studios like REX (NY), and major local practices like Architectus (Sydney) and LMN Architects (Seattle)—supporting teams of all sizes, from small, tight-knit offices to 100+ person studios.
My roles have spanned operations, studio management, project administration, HR support, and day-to-day office logistics. I’ve been the go-to for onboarding, leave cover, internal systems, training sessions, team events, AV setups, and everything in between, often all at once. I thrive in the rhythm of studio life and understand the ebb and flow of deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.
